Steve holds a Bachelors of Science Degree in Engineering from University of California at Davis 1988. Prior to working in commercial real estate, he worked in the International Theme Park industry, providing project and design management where he utilized his engineering and design background. Steve lives with his wife of 13 years and their two children in Solvang, CA. He is active in his local church and at his children's school. Steve also is co-producer of the annual Solvang Nativity Pageant presented each year at the Solvang Theatrefest. DRE License # 01318515 |

Steve
has over 10 years in commercial real estate experience and focuses
his practice on multi-family investment properties on the Central
Coast as well as general commercial real estate in the Santa Ynez
Valley. In his career, he has been involved in over $184,000,000
in multifamily sales (approximately 1,200 units sold), $31,000,000
in commercial property sales, and $3,000,000 in commercial leasing.
In addition to brokerage, Steve has also served as a commercial
appraiser and commercial property manager. He is licensed in both
California and Florida.
